With elevator, you can commission me to find a list of jobs custom-made just for you.
1) fill out an elevator form
let’s get to know what you’re looking for
You’ll fill out a form (linked here!) with questions built to get to know your needs. Where, what you are looking for, your education, experiences, or expertises. There will be plenty of room for you to give me pointers on what to look for, and help me in my search. At the end, you’ll pay a sliding scale fee (more info below). Once the payment goes through, I’ll begin looking!
2) wait two weeks
a mere fortnight!
Your order is in the oven. I specify a minimum of 2 weeks to allow me to search for jobs that may take time to pop up. Finding jobs is dependent on many factors: generally more are posted at the start of the year, and your best shot at finding opportunities is between January - October, as hiring slows down towards the holidays. More time will be needed if you’re requesting a larger number of jobs, or if you’re looking in a smaller locale (as in, not a large city, sorry).

I’ll email you a list of opportunities I find, organized to look just like the tff newsletter. It’ll have a list of jobs I find that match your needs as you wrote in the form, plus some extras if I happen to strike gold and find more (at no additional cost).
Elevator pricing is on a sliding scale, and depends on the number of opportunities you’d like me to find. All prices are sliding-scale, pay-what-you-want; in other words, you can pay whatever you’re able to give.
Note: Many people who are currently undergoing a job search are often under financial strain or just at the start of their careers. Should you be interested in discussing a lower rate, send an email to thefirstfloor@substack.com and I’ll work with you to determine a better fit.
Internships
pricing is lower for students, and because internships are generally easier to find than jobs.
3 internships: $15-25
5 internships: $30-45
8 internships: $50-75
Jobs
5-8 is generally the amount of jobs I list in tff, hence the high amount being 8 jobs.
3 jobs: $25-35
5 jobs: $45-65
8 jobs: $75-100
